Terms of service (summary)

- Scope: We provide web design, UX research and SEO consulting as described in written proposals.
- Payment: Invoices are payable within the agreed term. Late payments may incur statutory interest.
- Delivery: Deadlines are indicative unless a firm delivery date is agreed in writing.
- Intellectual property: Unless otherwise agreed, rights created for you are transferred upon full payment.
Liability limitation
We limit liability to direct damages up to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages except as required by mandatory Czech law.
